Profiling the sales team of a trading company

This trading company wished to identify training needs, the sales characteristics and the motivators of its entire sales team.

Participants completed a personality and motivation assessment exercise, and a picture was built up of the team's selling characteristics at the team member and at the whole-team level. Insights were gained as to how best to motivate the team and where individuals could best use their differing sales skills in a new structure.‚Äč
