Assessing managers operatives and engineers for a new factory
This new factory required a wide range of new Operatives, Engineers, team leaders and managers for a new factory.
Working closely with a recruitment company, Informed Assessment identified different types and levels of assessments, depending on the nature and level of the roles, for both face-to-face and online administration contexts. These included technical understanding, spatial, mechanical and numerical tests and operational strengths assessments for operators and engineers, and personality and managerial judgment assessments for team leaders and managers.
With new teams in place, Informed Assessment ran practical team-building days to help new teams understand their strengths and development areas in an enjoyable way.
