Executive development for finance managers

The remit of this service was to help the members of a finance team in a professional services organisation better understand themselves; their strengths and development needs; and then to support them with moving their personal development and career planning over a six-month period.

Informed Assessment had a number of sessions with participants and used an online personality assessment to help them at the first stage to gain an objective picture of their strengths and development areas.

Subsequent sessions provided a clear structure for moving their development forward. This included clarifying development priorities and associated actions to bring about the desired behaviour change. the follow-up sessions looked to maintain the development momentum; review which actions are working / not working; and also to explore any other development issues for the participants.
