Commercial and selling strengths assessments for a recruitment company

This recruitment company had reached a critical stage in its growth and asked Informed Assessment to advise it on the commercial and selling-related strengths of its Recruitment Consultant team, and to identify problem solving and team leading potential in its current and future Team Leaders.

Informed Assessment ran different assessments depending upon  the above context, but these included an online commercial strengths assessment exercise, a managerial judgment exercise and a verbal reasoning test.

The results were analysed for the executive team, so that they could gain an informed and objective picture of individuals' and team strengths and areas for development, as well as indications of areas for training, personal and organisational development.
