Assessments for a Chief Executive and Directors for a Council
This Council required a robust assessment process for a new Chief Executive appointment. Working alongside other recruitment and selection partners, Informed Assessment sourced and ran an analysis-presentation exercise. This included training for members who were involved as assessors in the exercise. Informed Assessment facilitated the exercise, and the objective information gained from the process was then able to support the wider decision-making process.
Informed Assessment was then invited back to the Council to run online personality assessment exercises with tailored reports, including suggested interview questions, for a number of Director and related appointments.
