Assessment Centres for new Business Service Centre

Working with a leading international recruitment consultancy, Informed Assessment was asked to supply an integrated recruitment and assessment solution for a blue-chip client wishing to set up a ‘flagship’ Business Service Centre.

The client in question embarked on an ambitious programme which involved the re-structuring of the finance team to a demanding timescale, 1,700 applications resulted in 35 assessments centres and these were run in parallel in 2 different locations. Informed Assessment worked with the recruitment consultant's project team and the client’s senior line managers and HR team to deliver a robust assessment process. 220 internal and external staff were assessed to a tight timeline.
