Recruiting for growth - assessing for a new team of Technical Sales Engineers across the UK

WNT is an ambitious, rapidly growing £300m turnover global business, supplying consumable tooling to small and medium sized companies.

Working closely with WNT’s recruitment consultancy, Rochford Consulting, Informed Assessment coordinated the delivery of a series of first-stage assessment events across a number of UK locations in which candidates were asked to complete a personality assessment and a technical test. Candidates’ application details, test and questionnaire results were then reviewed with WNT and decisions taken regarding which candidates to invite to the head office for a final selection day.
