Selection for a fast track management development programme

Skanska is Europe's third largest construction group with its headquarters in Sweden. In the UK, its Utilities Division supplies a range of cabling, telegraph pole fitting and related services to customers such as BT.

This part of the business is committed to developing its staff and decided to invest in an extensive, two-year fast track programme to grow its next generation of managers and leaders. Informed Assessment supported the selection of applicants to the programme using a range of objective assessment measures.

Informed Assessment drew on a range of ability tests, personality assessment and a practical, interactive team exercise to provide comprehensive and objective evidence on participants' strengths and development areas relating to the demands of the two-year programme.
