Psychometric Assessment

At Informed Assessment Limited we offer our clients a range of independent, robust and practical assessment tools to help them identify candidates for jobs from the external jobs market and candidates for development or job roles from inside their own organisation.

Psychometric Assessment

Part of this service includes a comprehensive psychometric assessment package, drawing on leading UK test publishers such as SHL, Saville Consulting, OPP, PreVisor and Pearson. It includes:

  • Aptitude/ability testing
  • Personality questionnaires - including OPQ, 16PF, HPI, MBTI, Wave and Belbin
  • Motivation questionnaires
  • Situational judgement tests
  • 360 degree questionnaires


Our service includes advising on exercise choice, briefing candidates, administering assessments, interpreting
results, communicating results to management (face-to-face and/or in writing) and providing feedback to
candidates.

Assessments can be administered on a client’s premises, at our head office in Northampton, at an external
