Psychometric Assessment
Part of this service includes a comprehensive psychometric assessment package, drawing on leading UK test publishers such as SHL and Saville Assessment. It includes:
- Aptitude/ability testing
- Personality questionnaires - based on OPQ32r, Wave Professional Styles / Focus Styles
- Motivation questionnaires
- Situational judgement tests
- Personality-based strengths.
Our service includes advising on exercise choice, briefing candidates, administering assessments, interpreting results, communicating results to management (face-to-face and/or in writing) and providing feedback to candidates.
Assessments can be administered on a client’s premises, at our office near Manchester, at an external venue or online.
