Paul has over thirty years’ experience in senior level HR/consultancy and recruitment. After an early career in investment banking, leisure and central government, Paul moved into recruitment and assessment consultancy. During this period, he established a City office, around the time of financial deregulation, for one of the leading UK consultancies.

Paul then developed his career at senior management/Director level for both PLCs and major multinationals. He has acquired particular expertise in managing large-scale, assessment-led projects, including:

  • A Pan-European due-diligence project
  • Major assessment programmes in central and local government
  • Resourcing / reorganisation projects for clients including Health Authorities, Utilities, Distribution and Transportation
  • Development Programmes for graduates up to Chief Executive level.

Paul is highly experienced in the use and interpretation of ability tests,
personality assessment (including the OPQ and Hogan suite), motivation assessment, 360 degree assessment, as well as assessment and development centre design and delivery.
