Neil is a specialist resourcing, assessment and development consultant. He has extensive experience in the application of objective processes to enable the informed assessment of individuals, in relation to both organizational and personal challenges and goals.
Following a career as an HR specialist and HR line manager within the Energy, Plastics and Retail sectors, he joined Austin Knight Consulting in 1986 (which later evolved into part of TMP Worldwide) where he delivered a wide range of executive resourcing, assessment and development assignments. Between 1998–2002, Neil focused on developing consulting capability and business development in key sectors, including Business Psychology, for TMP Worldwide Group e-Resourcing
Since leaving TMP, Neil has continued to develop his consultancy portfolio which offers a management resource aimed at improving organizational performance through their people. He has been involved in the design and delivery of individual and team-based assessment and development assignments across a wide range of organizations in the private, public and NFP sectors, which has included multi-cultural / international dimensions.
His academic background includes qualifications in Business Studies and Human Resource Management. His professional training includes Competency Profiling, Training Design, Coaching, and Assessment and Development Centres. Neil is trained in a wide range of psychometric instruments including personality questionnaires (OPQ, Wave, MBTI), motivation questionnaires and 360 degree tools.
