Our brief was to assist National Starch with the rolling out of standardised selection techniques across Europe. We put together a comprehensive manual covering different assessment techniques and exercises, including behavioural interviewing, group exercises, psychometrics and in-tray exercises, summarising how to apply these techniques in a practical and user-friendly way.
Stage Two was a workshop - a chance to share learning and experiences across Europe, and practise some of the techniques such as group exercise observation and behavioural interviewing.
