Fokkina is an experienced consultant with coaching qualifications and extensive assessment and development experience.

Following an earlier career in the travel industry, Fokkina has worked in management consultancy (including a spell with KPMG) and training for nearly 20 years. Her varied client base includes organizations in the health, higher education, local government, central government and executive agency sectors, as well as companies in manufacturing, banking, insurance and pharmaceuticals.

Fokkina is an experienced consultant with coaching qualifications and extensive assessment and development experience. She holds BPS level B (intermediate) recognition of professional competence in occupational testing and personality questionnaire usage. She is a Master Practitioner in Neuro-Linguistic Programming, and an accredited Psychotherapist registered with the United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) since 1998. Fokkina also holds - Certificate in Life Coaching, Diploma in Performance Coaching, Diploma in Hypnotherapy and the Certificate in Supervision.
