Evan Boucher BA, MSc

Evan’s first degree was in Urban and Regional Planning and he gained his Masters degree in 2004. Evan has had a varied and successful career within the NHS during which time he has held the following roles:
 

• Director of Planning at a Regional Health Authority – developing NHS Trusts and organizational development for the purchaser function, including new planning processes
• Director of Contracting and Business Planning at an NHS Trust – creating a new business planning process and developing and implementing a contracting and business strategy for the Trust
• Director of Planning and Acting Chief Executive at a Health Authority – leading on the acute sector review, developing a new planning and priorities process and creating extensive new partnership arrangements
• Chief Executive of a PCT – creating a successful 3-star PCT with high performance, particularly in HR and organizational development processes, developing strong local partnerships, and leading on the collaborative commissioning process for specialist services, cardiac and emergency ambulance services and a cardiac services strategy for the area.

Since moving into management consultancy, Evan has been involved in a range of senior management assessment and organizational development projects.
