Adrian is a specialist in personal and organisational development and an Associate Director of Informed Assessment.

Adrian is an occupational psychologist who has specialised in assessment, personal development, team development and organisational development for a wide range of clients in the emergency services, engineering, manufacturing, financial, further and higher education, local and central government, NHS, chemical, retail, pharmaceutical, aviation and utilities sectors.

His earlier career spanned some 20 years in HR Manager within the NHS and University sector, during which time he covered all aspects of HR including industrial relations, job evaluation, recruitment, development and retention. He then spent 10 years as a Human Resources and Business Psychology Consultant and Training and Development Director with Austin Knight, operating both in the USA and Europe as well as in the UK. He then spent 3 years as a Director of GWT, a specialist recruitment and consultancy agency and the last 10 years working as an Associate Director for Informed Assessment.

Adrian has a BA in Philosophy and Psychology and a Postgraduate Diploma in the Application of Psychology. He is a member of the CIPD. He is trained in a wide variety of psychometric techniques and is registered with the British Psychological Society.
